Our History

Founded in 2023, 316 Work emerged from a collective vision of educators and community leaders aiming to address the challenges faced by underserved youth. Our journey began with a commitment to education and support.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower at risk middle and high school students in Virginia by providing life skills, education support, and career development. We strive to unlock the potential of middle and high school students through innovative education and economic opportunities, empowering them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
